Suncorp & GIO Insurance – Newcastle

Problem

The Suncorp Insurance & GIO Call Centre in Newcastle was hot and humid due to an aircon malfunction caused by the heavy rain.

Challenge

Supply a cooling system which was able to cool down over 200 workers in the different offices of Newcastle Call Centre.   

Solution

Due to the extensive area of the Call Centre Office and the requirement of the customer. We delivered 8 units of 6kW Portable Air Conditioner. These aircon units were distributed thoroughly to achieve a comfortable temperature for all the staff.
